Ditch the cow's milk & try almond or rice milk. Wheat instead of wgite. More green foods. (the best: USDA approved.)  7. Today was the Climb to Conquer Cancer: Phoenix, AZ 2010. It was a hike up South Mountain, a 5 mile trip. It was hosted by University of Phoenix. You had to donate to get in, but there was about 500 people there; adults, kids, teens, elderly, babies, everybody. The dontations go straight to the American Cancer Society to help find a cure. I did the climb. I did it last year, too. I hated it, while I was walking. My feet and legs hurt. But, afterwards, I felt proud. I helped conquer cancer. There was Gatorade waiting at the top, too! There was a stop every half mile, so we all got water and rest. People were talking, listening to iPods, or just walking. Some strong people jogged the whole way. That was not me, lol. I'm definetly doing it next year.

Everybody, you CAN help find the cure, and all you have to do is walk.

Hi Everyone I have seen heaps of pictures and newspapers of terrible things about the environment. We waste water in showers when we should only shower for 4 minutes. dont have big big baths. But worst of all litter. look at this picture at the turtle.every little piece of rubbish dropped is a matter. every piece of paper that is picked up and put in the bin counts. Please help look after the world. its the only one we have.try to use chemicals that are save for the environment. please. if you look up pictures of negative environment you will see how terrible it looks. try to use less pollution. air pollution and water pollution(water pollution is like plastic bags in the water,greywater and stuff) please look after your environment everybody and try spread the word: Look after the world its the only one we have. please! every little part counts. thank you if you can. Hello everyone!!! Im sooo sorry i have'nt been on here alost :( but guess what?! Im almost 16!!! yay!! my birthday is March 7th!!!! ha yup im a pices XD lol im so horoscope crazy lol also im going to be in the National American Miss pageant!!! a very national pageant all over the world :) this will be my seacond year so wish me good luck i hope i win!!!!!!!!!!!! And im thinking and geting off allykatzz when i turn 16.. but i dont know.. like i dont wanna be the oldest one here ya know? but umm i will blog about the huge pageant after pageant weekend :) it in june i think :) sp yup i have go shoping soon for a dress and a interview outfit!!! lol im so happy :) but i was sad because i miss like the sponser fee deadline but hopefully i can still be in it as long as i pay monday.. i really hope im not kicked out :(
