Nastia Lucin and Shawn Johnson are still buddys after the olimpics.
Shawn had to leave her home gym because of flooding and Nastia text her sayin she was concerned and wished her good luck. Shawn ended her texted saying love Shawn.

Ok, so I went overboard with the title, but oh well!
So, Michael Phelps, Olympic Swimmer for the U.S., winner of 8 medals, is coming home to Baltimore! He has been in Bejing, China since before the Olympics started!
So, I just wanted to let you know! Coolest & Newest please?

Michael Phelps came home to Baltimore on October 5th 2008, after winning 8 gold metals in the 2008 Olympics. So my mom and I headed to Baltimore, for Michael home coming party. When we got there we met up with Billy Bush. (Access Hollywood) The home coming party was at Fort McHenry, there was a huge stage, with music going on also many people around. All of Maryland was coming to this party! As we got ready for the show, then it turned 7. That’s when a huge pile of cars started to come in…. in one of those cars was Michael. It was crazy, people watching all the cars go by. It seemed like it was bigger then the President! Billy Bush was in charge of the whole thing, as he went on stage, in front of a least 200 people. Started to talk about how Michael has done so much, just when he was 18 years old he won 6 metals in the 2004 Olympics. He started to swim at age 1! How everyone knew that he was going to be a Champion! As he came on to the stage people cheered, screamed all for him! He sat down and with his mother beside him, as everyone congrats them! Just as it ended fireworks went off, just like the 4th of July. Everyone went crazy, my mom and I went backstage to him. As he was leaving, people crowed him and screamed all for him! People wore t-shirts saying his name, posters any thing you think of! He was a Champion of 2008 swimming!

hey my name is madison or maddie im a gymnast and the reason that i put the title under olympics is cuz i want to be in it someday my dad and mom were both gymnast my mom was close but my dad made the olympics in the 1980's so its pretty cool i just signed uo today so idk wat really to do but ima go explore and read someones blog if u guys want to be my friends on here i will garentee u i will ttyl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey look!!! it's me!!! except in crazy cat form. im on the swim team at ________middle school, and we have r first meet on thusday against_________middle school, and im really scared!!!!!!! my bff is on the same team but she still has 2 have her physical and i think its tuesday but thats the day we deffinatly have to be there. she said she would probably b there by 3:30 and practice ends at like, 4:00. so yeah.

the olympics in my backyard we awesome!!! we did a water balloon fight, balloon toss and how far can u swing. i had metals that i made, it was aweosme! then we watch buffy, and watch demi's new music video "get back". it was so much fun and we watched the end of chetah girl's one world. really, really fun. (plus my crush was there) bye!

Hey guys I was watching TV like a minute before I had to leave the house and the olympics were on and the people were playing this sport that looked really cool. Problem? I have NO idea what its called. The people playing it were bouncing a ball and then when they shot the ball they used their hands and threw it into a goal that looked like a soccer goal. Help please! It is sad that the Olympics are now closed, but did you have an event that you loved? Did you find a new athlete to look up to? What was the best thing about the Olympics? So the Olympics ended tonight. I watched part of the closing ceremony. USA ended up with 110 medals. 36 gold. 38 silver and 36 bronze. Towards the end Leona Lewis sang, she did good! Well the next Summer games will be held in London. They did like a skit sorta thing. It was really cool. Then David Beckham kicked a soccer ball that was used in the skit into the crowd. One lucky Chinese employee caught it. With the excitement of Michael Phelps winning so many medals, and having many Phelps Phans. Also with the USA womens basketball winning. And my favorite Misty May Treanor and Kerri Walsh winning! It was some exciting games. Bejjing did a great job hosting them and hopefully London will do just as good!

Whoa, that was a mouthful=P Anyway, did anybody watch it? I did, and to be honest I thought that the people who were covered in green lights looked absolutley HILARIOUS!Lol=P I thought that the best bit was definately when Leona Lewis,Jimmy Paige and some other people were representing Britain:) It made me feel really proud to be British, cause those people who represented us were really talented, do you think so? The really amazing thing is, Leona Lewis went from winning the X Factor(Its a bit like Pop Idol, except in this one people have a couple of hits then make a living out of switching chrimbo lights on=P) to representing our country at the olympics!!It really is truly amazing to see how far shes come:) I cant wait till 2012 when the olympics are being held in London, though the Beijing olympics will be hard to live up to=P I think we can pull it off;) Will anybody be watching the London Olympics? Go on, do it for me;):D Did anybody watch the closing ceremony? What did you think of it? Whats our favourite colour?(Lol:P) Anwayy, please do comment on this blog:D C&N? In feat that hasn’t been accomplished since the 1960 Olympics, the US took Bronze, Silver and Gold in the Men’s 400m Hurdles. Angelo Taylor came in 1st with a time of 47.25 seconds, followed by Kerron Clement with a time of 47.98, and finally Bershawn Jackson with a time of 48.06. Pretty amazing stuff dontcha think?? Oh Yeah and Stephanie Brown Trafton won gold in the Women's discus a feat that hasn't been accomplished since 1932!!! Not to shabby!

OMG i cant belive she lost the gold medel yesterday!!! i so wanted her to win i love her she is so cool and my brother has a secret crush on her but he is dening it! he says he likes her as much as i think Micheal Phelps is HOT! but i dont belive him but i totally wish she made gold she deservied it!

I don’t know if you all tuned in to see Michael Phelps and his team mates take the gold in the relay, but it was one heck of a race and the gold medal ensured Phelps’ place in Olympic History. Phelps did the impossible; he won 8 gold medals in one Olympics and set 7 world records in the process. OMG was is a nail biter of a week!!! So did you watch??

michael phelps is officaly THE worlds greatest athlete EVER as of last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and did you know that 8 is a lucky number in china thats why they started it at 8/8/08 at 8:00!!!!!!!!!! and to break the record phelps had to get 8 gold medals....and he did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okayy, I'm taking a break from doingg the Topic of the Day. Sorry, girls, I wasn't getting enough backatchas for it to keep going. But maybe I'll start writing those blogs again. But besides thatt, I am just AMAZED at Michael Phelps. :D
He has won 7 GOLD MEDALS!! I knoww that he, his family, his coaches, and his fans are veryyy proud of him. He's such a great role model. I love to swim, and he's just showingg me that I should followw my dreams (:

Ok, I just love the Olympics! There so fun. My favorite Kind are the Winter Olympics ,and my favorite sport is the gymnastics! But talking Swimming wise,Michael Phelps is an awesome swimmer! Last night he got another GOLD Medal and tied with Mark Spits for the most Gold Medal At the Olympic Games! And for Gymnastics Nastia got first in and Shawn got second place. I was so happy. Hey guyz! ik most of you are watching the olympics so u probably know that Shawn Johnson & Nastia Luikin came 1st and second in gymnastics for the US TEAM! yay! we won a lot of Gold medals this summer (: I'm so proud of our team this year we have about 600 athletes the most of anybody yay us! and i think we're the first we a lot of gold medals as well.. and china second, and italy 3rd YAY :] keep on watching the olympics. and look for exclusive olympic updates!
