Q: Who's Ally's Gang?
A: Group of College students that read the blogs and check out every pic before they are posted to keep mean girls and creeps away.

Q: What does "BB" mean?
A: "BB" is short for "blog buddy." If you are blog buddies with someone, it means you are on her blog buddy list and she is on yours.

Q: How do I add BBs to my list?
A: Go to the page of the girl you want to add, and click on the link that says, "Add ___ to your buddy list!"

Q: What does C&N mean?
A: "C&N" is short for "Coolest 'N' Newest." These are recently posted blogs that sorta stand out. If you want your blog to land on C&N, it's got to be original. So put on your creative-thinking cap.

Q: What does "backatcha" mean?
A: You write a blog and a girl sends you a response to your blog... her response is called a "backatcha."

Q: What's a Shout Out?
A: You get home from school and you want to tell your blog buddy about your day. You send her a shout out - a message that shows up on her page... just for her, from you.

Q: How do I change my password, screen name or state?
A: Just go to "ME" and click on "My Account."

Q: How do I delete postings I don't want on my page anymore?
A: You can delete shout outs only... just click on the X next to the shout out on your page.

Q: Can I block a girl from sending me shout-outs and backatchas?
A: No. But if someone should be blocked, please send a shout out to Ally’s Gang... tell them the screenname and why you want to block her.

Q: What do I do if I see something that breaks the rules?
A: Next to every blog, there’s a REPORT button... just click on it and follow the instructions.

Q: I won a contest, how do I get my prize?
A: Go to the CONTEST page on the site and read the official rules - it's all there!

Q: How do I upload photos?
A. There are step-by-step instructions on the page where you upload photos. If you still can't figure it out, go the Miss-Fix-It page and ask for help.

Q: What should I do if I can't get my computer to work?
A: It's usually not a problem with the site but with how your computer is set up. Ask a computer-savvy parent/friend to help you out.
