HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: During the promotion period, go to the allykatzz.com website and send a backatcha blog to the contest or follow the specific instructions in the contest. Your response is your contest entry. WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY A SHOUTOUT FROM ALLY'S GANG. Notified winners are required to send BACK a SHOUTOUT confirmation to Ally's Gang. PLUS ALL WINNERS 12 AND UNDER MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FORWARD YOUR MAILING ADDRESS VIA EMAIL TO molly@allykatzz.com OR THEY CAN SEND THE ADDRESS VIA REGULAR MAIL to AllyKatzz Prize Winner, 507 Regester Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21212. ALL MAILING AND EMAIL ADDRESSES OF ALL WINNERS 12 AND UNDER WILL BE DELETED AFTER THE PRIZE HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SENT/RECEIVED. JUDGING & PRIZES: On or around END OF CONTEST, Sponsor will RANDOMLY pick PRIZE WINNERS from all eligible ENTRIES. All decisions made by Sponsor are final. Approximate retail value of each prize will vary per contest and will be forwarded with the winner notification.



GENERAL RULES: This contest is open only to AllyKatzz registered members who are residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are females, 10 to 17 years of age at time of entry. Employees of SPONSOR, allykatzz.com and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. 

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by federal, state or local law or where state law does not allow for compliance with rules. 

Sponsors are authorized to use submitted entries as it sees fit, including usage in advertising. 

Sponsors reserve the right to reproduce the submission in full or edited form and enhance the submission at their discretion. 

All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted. 

All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. By entering, you (and, if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) release SPONSOR, allykatzz.com, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, directors, officers and employees (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages incurred in connection with the CONTEST or any prize (including those related to personal injury, death, damage to property, and rights of publicity or privacy). IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY SUCH CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU.
